General Rental Policies
- Must be 25 or older to rent.
- Multi – Night stay is required
- Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m.
Twilight View Booking & Cancellation Policy:
We require a deposit of 15% of the nightly rent to confirm the reservation with in 24 hours of making reservation. Deposit will be fully refunded if guest cancels within 30 days of booking.
- Bookings allowed up to 180 days (6 Months) in advance.
- Deposit is 50% refundable if guest cancels after 30 days of booking and 15 days before arrival.
- Balance of the rental is due 14 days before arrival.
- If the guest cancels within 14 days of arrival, no refund is available.
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival; full payment is due. Refund is not available.
- We do not offer refunds for poor ski conditions.
Sorry, Pets are not allowed in the rental units. If you decide to bring your pet, you may be asked to leave and thereby forfeit any rents paid and/or be charged a $250 deep clean fee.
Twilight View Condos are Smoke Free. Absolutely no smoking in units, on decks or near any buildings. A cleaning fee up to $250 will be applied to your stay if this policy is not followed.
Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment
Guests will be respectful of their neighbors. Guests should be able to enjoy their own unit but should do so in a way the does not disturb the quiet enjoyment of others.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
A renter who breaches the covenant may be asked to leave the premises and may forfeit all or part of rentals paid.
