General Rental Policies

Must be 25 or older to rent.
• Multi – Night stay is required
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
• A deposit of $100 per reservation is needed to confirm reservation.
• If cancel within 30 days of deposit 100% of deposit is refunded.
• If cancel After 30 days of original deposit and 15 days before arrival 50% of deposit is refunded.
• The balance for stay is due 14 days before your arrival a refund is no longer available.
• If you book within 14 days of arrival full payment for stay is required.

Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment

Quiet enjoyment is the right to undisturbed use and enjoyment of the condominium units by their owner and renters. Quiet enjoyment includes the right of every tenant and owner to use the unit as it is intended to be used without interference from others. In keeping with this covenant, we ask our guests to please observe quiet time from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
A renter who breaches the covenant may be asked to leave the premises and may forfeit all or part of rentals paid.

Twilight View Condos are Smoke Free. Absolutely no smoking in units, on decks or near any buildings. A cleaning fee up to $250 will be applied to your stay if this policy is not followed.

Sorry Pets are not allowed in the rental units. If you decide to bring your pet, you may be asked to leave and thereby forfeit any rents paid and/or be charged a $250 deep clean fee.
